BOOKING INFORMATION + POLICIES
All appointments will be made through the booking app. Email and text notifications will be sent to you after confirmation.
If you have questions about services or what to book, please email Neon Flux. You may also send reference photos or descriptions of the services your looking for to this email.
DEPOSITS
Appointments require a non-refundable $40 deposit, paid through the booking website.
RESCHEDULING
Reschedules must be requested 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. You will not be able to schedule another appointment in the future without first reaching out to neonfluxhair@gmail.com
